CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

The Directors of Apeiron recognise the importance of maintaining a high standard of corporate governance.

With this in mind, the Directors have adopted a number of key principles for the governance of Apeiron, with a view to ensuring the protection of the interests of the Unitholders and other stakeholders in the Fund.

This process is managed and monitored by the Investment Manager, Redwood Capital Group Ltd (Redwood). Redwood holds an Australian Financial Services License (no. 289 327) and is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC).

The effective implementation of appropriate governance, compliance, risk management and internal control policies, are overseen by the Responsible Officers of Redwood Capital Group Ltd.
